On this website there is a possibility to find advertisments of houses and apartaments in settlements alongside the Lake Balaton, as well as in settlements in the vicinity of thermal bath. You can search the differents offers from different points of view, namely:

• as per settlements, all type of accomodation
• type of accomodation (houses, apartmants and rooms) in all settlements
• individual accomodation as per settlements
• as per names of the accomodations

General informations:

• The high season in the year 2018 lasts from 3oth June to 25th August.
• On the day of arrival the accomodations can be occupied from 14h pm. and on the last day the departure time is 9h am. 
• The total rental fee is payable on arrival.

Know how about the amenities:

The kitchens in each accomodation are well equipped.The most important kitchen equipments including the freezer or a grill in the garden as well as crockery and cuttlery (glasses,plates etc.) are at your disposal, therefore they are not listed separately. 

Those equipments are listed only in the paragraph extra ameneities which generally are not the belongings to the accomodation, such as: microvawe, washing machine, dishwasher, aircondiotioning, pool or playground in the courtyard. 

Information about the prices:

The prices indicated at the accomodations to be understood for the whole appartman, upto the given number of persons (upto the persons marked "+" ) . Further persons could be put up against extra charge.

The prices are valid in any case for booking over 3 nights. In case of staying for 3 nights or less, one may reckon with paying an extra surcharge. The rate of 

surcharge is the following: for 1 night 30%, for 2 nights 20% and for 3 nights 10%.

In our website the price of the houses indicated in EUR, but - of course - the rental fee could be paid in Hungarin Forint as well. The rate of EUR/HUF will be calculated on the day of  offer, upon basis of the official daily middle exchange rate published by the National Bank of Hungary. The sum of the rental fee in Hungarian Forint will be rounded off  to Ft 100.- , in accordance with rules. 

The price generally contains the bedlinen and the final cleaning of the house. Different cases will be indicated  separately at the description of the houses.

The local tax ( IFA) to be paid separately, above the indicated price of the accomodation. The rate of the official local tax in the year 2018 in each settlement  are the following: ( for persons over 18 years old), per person per night :

• Balatonszemes: 450 Ft
• Balatonakarattya: 340 Ft

• Csopak: 300 Ft
• Igal: 300 Ft
• Kőröshegy: 300 Ft
• Síkfőkút: 280 Ft
• Siófok: 450 Ft
• Szántód: 300 Ft
• Tamási: 250 Ft
• Zamárdi: 400 Ft
• Zánka: 400 Ft
